textverified.com was founded by Vish, Yi, and Kay in 2017, a passionate trio of tech enthusiasts and privacy advocates. We were tired of handing out our information to third parties and having our data resold or breached later. Seeing our phones become inundated with robocalls, scams, and spam, we are reluctant to give up our privacy to yet another party. Why should we give our phone number to another company that will resell or leak our information?
