Announcing Our New Feature: Non-renewable Rental Extensions
Have you purchased a non-renewable rental and realized you need more time later? We are excited to introduce a new feature that will let you extend the time you have for your non-renewable rental lines!
How It Works
Step 1
After you’ve purchased a non-renewable rental, as long as it is still active, you can click on the three-dot menu and select the extend option:

Once you click on the extend option, it will show you when your non-renewable rental will currently end, the durations you can extend to, and the corresponding costs:
Step 3
After selecting a duration, you’ll get a preview of what your extension will look like - in this example, we picked a 7 day extension:
If you change your mind or want to pick a different duration, you can click “Cancel” to return to the previous screen.
Please make sure to review your extension carefully - extensions are NOT refundable once you click “Confirm”.
Clicking “Confirm” will process the extension. Your balance will be charged the corresponding cost and you’ll see that your end time will be updated to reflect the extension:
