Announcing Our New Feature: Pinning Rental Configurations
We are excited to introduce a new feature to purchasing rentals on our platform! You can now save rental configurations, and pin them to the service list (previously favorites list). Favorites are still available and will be in the same list as your saved configurations. Whether you’re a power user configuring detailed options or someone looking for a quicker way to purchase rentals, this feature is designed to save you time and effort.
What Is Pinned Rental Configuration?
With our new feature, pinning a rental configuration and clicking on it will allow you to directly go to your cart with the saved configuration of service, rental length, and message check mode already selected. This saves you time from clicking through the menus to get to your cart with all your rental options.
To learn how to do this, follow the steps below.
How It Works
Step 1
Select a service, and go to its options page.
If the service is popular when selecting it, the quick buy page will appear. To customize and save your own configuration, you will want to set the rental length and message check mode. So click on Other Options (Custom Rental Lengths) to do this.
Step 2
You can click on the Rentals Length to change it’s length and renewability, and you can toggle Automatic or Manual below Rentals Length to change the message check mode. Once you have your desired configuration, you can save it with the pin on the bottom.
Step 3
Pin the desired configuration at the bottom of the options page.
Once pinned, it should confirm that you have pinned it. You can also unpin this configuration here as well.
Step 4
Go back to the service list page, and your pinned configuration should be there.
Selecting a configuration will directly take you to your cart with the options you saved.
